When you reach out, please include:
- Your Suner app version (Profile → bottom of page).
- Device model and OS version.
- A clear description of the issue, reproduction steps, and screenshots if available.
Common topics
- Account or sign-in issues: Include the email you used to register and any error text shown.
- Cloud backup questions: Tell us whether auto-sync is enabled and which device shows the issue.
- Goal or projection questions: Include the goal/projection name and a brief description of the unexpected result.
Service status
All Suner services are operating normally. We’ll post maintenance or outage updates here if that changes.
Escalation
For urgent issues, add “URGENT” to the email subject. We monitor that inbox closely and will respond as quickly as possible.
