When you reach out, please include:

1. Your ORAD DDx app version (from TestFlight/App Store/Play Store build details).
2. Device model and OS version.
3. A short description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots if available.

Common topics

• Filtering questions: Share which factors you selected and what results you expected.
• Data issues: Point to the specific diagnosis and factor combination that looks incorrect.
• Feature requests: Tell us how the change would improve your workflow.

Service status

ORAD DDx works fully offline and does not rely on servers. If anything changes, updates will be noted here.

If something is urgent, add “URGENT” to the email subject line.
