When you reach out, please include:

1. The version of Flight ATC you are using (on the introductory screen).
2. The device model and OS version.
3. A brief description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots if available.

Common topics

• App crashes or bugs: Describe what you were doing right before the crash and whether it happens repeatedly.
• Feature ideas: Let us know how the feature would help so we can prioritize the work.

Service status

No current outages have been reported. We will post updates here if server maintenance may impact real-time flight data.

Escalation

If you have an urgent safety concern, state “URGENT” in the email subject line. We monitor that inbox closely and will respond as quickly as possible.
