When you reach out, please include:

1. AeroNatics app version (Settings → bottom of page).
2. Device model and OS version.
3. A clear description of the issue, reproduction steps, and screenshots or screen recordings if available.

Common topics

• Account / subscription changes: Email us with the email or nickname you signed up with.
• Connectivity or data mismatches: Note which feature is affected
• Feature suggestions: Tell us how the enhancement would improve your workflow so we can prioritize it.

Service status

All AeroNatics services are operating normally. We will post maintenance notices and outage updates here if that changes.

Escalation

Add “URGENT” to your subject line for safety-related issues. Those messages are monitored closely, and we will respond as quickly as possible.
