Release status: Store listings are not live yet. Ads and optional in-app purchases are planned for release; an online leaderboard is planned for a future update. Purchase and leaderboard guidance applies when those features become available.

Please include your app version/build, device model, operating system version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots and the command you tried can help. Review diagnostic text before sending it; do not include passwords, full payment details, or unrelated personal information.

Voice commands and microphone access

• Allow microphone access and any required Speech Recognition permission in your device’s system settings for ChatATC.
• Hold PUSH TO TALK, wait for Listening, speak your command clearly in English, then release and wait for the result.
• Check the aircraft callsign and the command examples shown in the game. Career lessons introduce the controls step by step.
• If recognition is unavailable, check microphone permissions and whether another app is using the microphone. Phone speech services may also need an English recognition service and internet access; on-device Vosk recognition does not require a speech server.
• If a command is misunderstood, include what you said and what the game recognized. Where available, copied transmission diagnostics can help us investigate. ChatATC does not save audio recordings.

Saved games and Career progress

Progress, settings, and saved sessions are stored locally. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing app data to troubleshoot a problem, as that may remove your saves. Store purchase restoration, when available, does not restore local gameplay progress.

Ads and privacy

The game will include advertising. Available consent prompts, in-app privacy choices, and device privacy controls will depend on the released version and your region. If reporting an ad problem, include the approximate time and a screenshot if possible. See the Privacy Policy for current and planned data practices.

In-app purchases

Optional purchases will be handled through the relevant app store. Check the product description and price before confirming; available products and benefits will be shown in the app.

If a purchase does not appear, check that you are using the store account that made it and use a restore option if offered. Contact us with the product name, purchase date, and redacted store receipt or order reference. Never send your full card details or store password. Refund requests are handled through the store where you purchased the item, subject to its policies.

Future leaderboard

The online leaderboard is not available yet. When introduced, the app and privacy policy will explain score submission, public display names, and data choices. For future incorrect scores, inappropriate names, or removal requests, email us with the displayed name and enough details to locate the entry.

Gameplay and feature requests

Tell us which lesson or Open Play situation you were using, what you expected, and what happened. ChatATC is an entertainment game; its procedures and aircraft behavior are simplified and must not be used for real-world navigation, air traffic control, or operational training.
