When you reach out, please include:
- Your Chable app version and device model.
- OS version and your current scan radius setting.
- A clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and screenshots when possible.
Common topics
- Scanning errors: Include your scan radius, whether location permissions are enabled, and the exact error text.
- Business matching questions: Share the business name, category, and whether it was expected to match a primary listing or type fallback.
- Portfolio or cash balance issues: Include approximate timestamps, actions taken, and the business names involved.
- Admin queue import/export: Attach the CSV file (if applicable) and note which rows failed.
Service status
No current outages are reported. This page will be updated if planned maintenance impacts Chable services.
